39 CHROMOSOME ARMS
Diagnosis-grouped DNA heatmap
Each column is one DNA sample. Multiple samples remain separate; no case averages are calculated.
Gene-row values use one symmetric display scale across all 227 samples. A gene value is shown only when one segment spans the whole gene with its endpoints clear of the gene boundaries; other coverage is shown as unresolved and is not assigned zero.

Data & methods
Included DNA samples have a diagnosis of NFT, p53 signature, STIL, STIC, or HGSC, a complete 39-arm profile and valid segment data for the same sample. Samples are included independently of RNA availability. Diagnosis filtering applies to DNA samples. Arm Z-scores are supplied values, displayed with a continuous diverging scale capped visually at ±20; the legend marks |Z| = 5.
Segment Log Ratios are shown as supplied. Their ratio base and endpoint conventions are not documented in the supplied source files; no fold-change or absolute-copy conversion is applied. A resolved gene value requires one segment spanning the whole gene with its endpoints clear of the gene boundaries; other coverage is shown as unresolved and is not assigned zero. The view is descriptive and not for clinical decisions.
